MCDH Study Club Substitute/Temp Information

• If you are a club member looking for a sub/temp for a specific date(s), you may have your request posted on our homepage under "announcements", and under the Member Sub/Temp Request Dates page. Please use the contact us page to send an email with your request. Please include your contact information, the dates/times your are looking to fill, and any other information you'd like posted. Please note that it may take several days to for that information to be updated, so advanced requests appreciated. If you have an immediate need for a sub, you may text your request to the secretary or treasurer. All efforts will be made to post your request ASAP. However, their availability and access to our website may limited. Your patience is appreciated.

• If you are a club member who would like to have your contact information included on our sub/temp list, please visit the Sub/Temp List Form page and fill out the form. Your contact information will be added to the list and shared with club members and dental office that request the sub list.

• If you are a dental office looking for a sub/temp., please visit the Dental Office Sub/Temp Form information page and fill out the form to receive our sub/temp list. Once your information is verified, we will email you our sub/temp list that includes contact information available for available hygienists.
